Had no communication from the bus company that was picking us up, and we’re left in limbo did not know what time they were picking us up ! U
After sending many emails to Tiqets , up all night...
Had no communication from the bus company that was picking us up, and we’re left in limbo did not know what time they were picking us up ! U
After sending many emails to Tiqets , up all night still no resolution regarding the arrangements . Finally had to make alternate arrangements at additional cost to us . I have requested a refund from Tiqets , but no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
