Excellent
Great experience! Enrique was a wonderful guide. He explained to us the political context in which the works of art were created.

My recent Reina Sofía Museum tour on January 20th was a complete letdown. The guide, Enrique, was 15 minutes late, the Google Maps location was wrong, and the audio system was plagued by irritating background noise.
Worst of all, despite booking an English tour, Enrique initially conducted it solely in Spanish. Even after reluctantly switching to bilingual, the rushed explanations did little justice.
A thoroughly frustrating experience. I strongly discourage others from enduring this poorly organized tour.
Disappointed.
