I ordered a ticket for 5 people through them to santiago bernabeu stadium, when I arrived at the time and date for the entrance, the usher said it was a subsidiary company that you should contact...
I ordered a ticket for 5 people through them to santiago bernabeu stadium, when I arrived at the time and date for the entrance, the usher said it was a subsidiary company that you should contact and they will let you in, I sent them a message asking him to contact the person in charge who is far from the entrance, I didn't know where it was because it was my first time in Madrid, I called them they said that you were delayed and therefore the tickets were canceled and no compensation is returned. I was just confused, in short I do not recommend buying through them
