Im Museum selbst wusste niemand, ausser einem Mitarbeiter bei der Information, über das Angebot bescheid. Wir sind mit Audio Guide durch das Museum und dann etwas irritiert wieder zur Information....
Im Museum selbst wusste niemand, ausser einem Mitarbeiter bei der Information, über das Angebot bescheid. Wir sind mit Audio Guide durch das Museum und dann etwas irritiert wieder zur Information. Durch bekamen wir endlich die Info (auf einen Papierfetzen mit der Hand geschrieben…), dass in der Markthalle -ca. 20 Minuten entfernt, die Weinverkostung stattfindet! Beim Stand angekommen, kannte die Mitarbeiterin das Kombiangebot nicht, obwohl ein Schild auf dem Stand war. Sie konnte kein Englisch, ihr Chef, den sie auf Nachdruck von uns angerufen hat, konnte uns auf Englisch erklären, dass jede Person 3 Gläser zum Verkosten bekommt-sie wollte uns nur ingesagt 3 statt 6 Gläser geben. Ein Glas kostet dort €3,5-€€4… wäre wohl besser gewesen, wir hätten uns einfach Wein bestellt-mit oder ohne Erklärung dazu… eine ärgerliche und aufwändige Sachen und überteuert, daher nicht zum Empfehlen
