Terrible
I booked this combo with taking the first coach to warnerbross and last slot of madame at 2:15 but the only coach that brought us back was at 4 at victoria station. Off-course i missed the slot...
I booked this combo with taking the first coach to warnerbross and last slot of madame at 2:15 but the only coach that brought us back was at 4 at victoria station. Off-course i missed the slot and CS team refused to refund. I mean why would you offer at 2:15 wn you know the only coach that will bring us back if post last slot. At least inform us at the time of booking tkt that we should select different dates.
