See ostrich, wildebeest, and impalas doing their thing. Get up close to a pride of lions, and check out the horns of an endangered rhino (and the rest of its body, of course!). Lion Country Safari is part drive-through experience, part walk-through, and it's a beast of a day out!

Take a personal safari and learn about animal conservation. This ticket includes admission to Lion Country Safari Drive-thru, plus access to all rides including the Flying Elephant Ride and Rio Grand Train.

If you want to make a splash, you can also access the Safari Splash Sprayground Water Park with 23 different water features, the pontoon and paddle boat rides, and let the whole family loose for some mini golf, slides and other fun attractions on site.

Established in 1967, the park has always had its animals' best interests at heart. Explore seven areas, each packed with creatures great and small, from the Serengeti Plains to Gorongosa Reserve, and Hwange National Park.

There's heaps of fun to be had, and kids especially will love the walk-through section and a splash-tastic water play area. The park has rides and offers three different feeding encounters, including the most popular, giraffe feeding!

Not a detail has gone unnoticed when it comes to recreating the animals' natural habitats. Get the khaki pants and binoculars ready, it's time to go on safari!

By car: Located in western Palm Beach, Florida, 16 km/10 miles from the Florida Turnpike. Take the Florida Turnpike to exit 97, or the I-95 to exit 68. Take the exit at Southern Boulevard to Lion Country Safari.

Had some difficulty buying tickets through the app but the website worked. The safari was amazing! Never been to any place like this with close ups of the animals. The walk in section of the park...
Had some difficulty buying tickets through the app but the website worked. The safari was amazing! Never been to any place like this with close ups of the animals. The walk in section of the park was okay and fun for younger kids. Did like how there was a splash pad for kids on a hot day.
