Louvre Museum + Eiffel Tower Climbing Experience

• Due to the size of its collections and its day-to-day agenda, the museum can't keep all of its rooms open every day. Please note that galleries may occasionally close on short notice. For further details, please check the official website
• You can download a self-guided tour from the Louvre's website or pick up a multimedia guide (both for a fee of €5)
• Please note that items exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted in the museum. Self-service lockers are available free of charge beneath the Pyramid

The activity involves an extensive amount of walking and climbing stairs.

For operating reasons in addition to weather, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5–10 days. The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact us.

We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. Due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets.

In peak months (April – October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45 mins at the ticket desk line.

In low season (November – March outside school holidays & weekends), expect a minimum wait time of 15 min at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line.
