We booked four Tiqets to the salt mines in Loule. They called and told us our tour needed to start 30 minutes later than the agreed upon time. When we requested to cancel, they said no, sorry. We also learned that there was no bathroom available on the premises (200 plus meters down on a guided tour in a cave for 2.5-3 hours). That sealed it for us...we would have cancelled regardless of the time change. This information was not shared anywhere on the web site, not is there a person that one can call to enquire about this. We essentially had to walk away from the cost of our Tiqets. Due to this, we will not recommend the Loule Salt mine, nor Tiqets to anyone who might be interested. We are very disappointed that an alternative date and time ticket were not offered (so we might be able to return with someone who has a less sensitive bladder). It was their request we change times to a later time...AFTER we were en rout to the caves. They should have at least given us a credit for a return trip.
