The Medieval Banquet

The Medieval Banquet can be found in the impressive-sounding Ivory House, in St Katharine’s docks. This building was built for commercial shipping in the 19th century. Named after the old St. Katharine’s hospital, it's now a plush housing development - and home to yachts of the well-to-do who live in the area.

St. Katharine was one of the important saints of the early Christian Church, now mainly remembered for the Katharine Wheel, the firework that's named after her. The docks are located on the Thames, just half a mile from the Tower of London.

The Medieval Banquet
Great fun. Medieval style food of chicken, vegetables, bread and soup with wine and ale. Nice to go at least once. Must show paper ticket or email them a copy.
