  • With a score featuring the classic songs "People", "You Are Woman, I Am Man" and "Don't Rain on My Parade"
  • Starring Olivier and BAFTA award winner Sheridan Smith
  • The first London revival since Barbra herself brought the show in 1966

The delightful award-winning Sheridan Smith stars in this revival of Funny Girl, the show that made Barbra Streisand a star.

Meet Fanny Brice, a Brooklyn girl whose vocal talents and comedic ability take her all the way to Broadway stardom. This show chronicles the ups and downs of her life, including her tempestuous relationship with gambler Nicky Arnstein. Jule Styne's iconic score features the classic songs "People", "You Are Woman, I Am Man" and "Don't Rain on My Parade".

Returning to the London stage for the first time since its 1966 premiere, this Broadway smash (which skyrocketed Barbra Streisand to stardom) stars Olivier and BAFTA award winner Sheridan Smith as Fanny Brice.

The original production was nominated for eight Tony Awards and the cast recording was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2004. But, as iconic as the original was, this production is making the material its own. And, with the utterly delightful Smith in the lead role, promises to be the must-see musical of 2016.

The show sold out its run at the Menier Chocolate Factory in less than a day. It transfers to the West End's Savoy Theatre from April 2016.
