Over het algemeen goed. Inchecken ging prima en vlot. Personeel behulpzaam alleen zou een glimlach de ervaring nog beter maken. Toilet was afgesloten omdat er geen spoelwater was?? Varen over de Thames een prachtige ervaring en met de uberboat prima te doen. Wij combineerde de vaartocht met een bezoek aan de kabelbaan en de O2 arena. En was heel leuk om een ander deel van Londen te bezichtigen.

Nice experience, everything was good, staff were good. Need to print the tickets from the ticket office but the staff were very friendly.
