Terrible
Disappointing self servicing only to promote Masonic lodge He was late and did add time at the end. One other guide was rude to my wife. A member of the party fell and the guide ignored it just...

We were lucky to get to have one of the only one of two female Beefeaters and she was fabulous went above and beyond to make our tour a memorable one.
