Watch the comings and goings of the royal carriages as you dine on a selection of sumptuous sandwiches, delectable, fresh-made pastries and traditional scones with clotted cream and fruit preserve.

Sandwiches: Smoked Scottish Salmon & Horseradish Cream Cheese, Coronation Chicken & Toasted Almonds, Ham, Cheese & Tomato Chutney, Egg & Watercress, Cucumber & Cream Cheese

Scones: Traditional, Plain, Honey & White Chocolate, all served with homemade seasonal fruit preserve and clotted cream.

Pastries: The Crown, fruit from the queen’s orchard, royal macaron, seasonal Rubens éclair, bread & butter.

food and service is excellent, worth your money. Will definitely do it again when I’m back to London. P.S. Hotel Rubens is absolutely gorgeous.

If you do only one thing in London, choose this! It is absolutely delightful. The tearoom is beautifully appointed and the staff make every effort to ensure that no detail is overlooked. The tea selections are so very diverse, there is something for every palate and the sandwiches and sweets are so decadent and delicious. They even offered us a box of them to take with us once our experience ended! We were right outside Buckingham Palace and had a wonderful view as we enjoyed our tea. Take advantage of this wonderful English experience
