I particularly liked the helpful staff and the sequence of displays that matched the Beatles journey. The Imagine room with white piano and round glasses was particularly touching. G

Narrated by Cynthia Lennon(!) It chronologically tells their story from meeting in high school up to the present with the narration tying together a stunning collection of artifacts and re-creations. I'm old enough to have actually said the phrase "have you heard the Beatles' new song?" and this was all I could have hoped. WARNING: choose your visit time carefully!! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was literally wall-to-wall people; side to side, front to back. So instead we ordered tickets online (no set time) and went first thing the next morning, and it was if we were on a private tour. I took wonderful pictures that I would have had zero chance getting when it's crowded.

I visited back in the 80s when it opened and was impressed by the amount of work put in since to educate and entertain the visitor.

Everything you need to know about the Beatles. Bit of an information overload so more than one visit would be recommended.
