The tour in itself is very informative for people who are truly passionate about the history of British pop music. I would highly recommend to this group. I thought that the memorabilia, too, was superb and held a true ‘WOW!!’ factor. A couple of fair criticisms would be that the tour area, in my view, is a little compact and can be walked too quickly. Additionally, maybe a couple more interactive features and activities would be beneficial to capture the interest of the novice music fan. The hologram performance is way too sparse at 30 minute intervals. It’s a brilliant feature and should be reduced to 15 minute intervals to give the paying customer true bang for their buck as I noticed that people were losing their patience and leaving rather than wait around for the next showing. And to be really picky, the souvenir shop could a wider range of things to buy Maybe some CD’s, DVD’s and music magazines. But it’s a good souvenir shop nevertheless
