The bus driver for hop-on, hop-off experience was mean. So much so that some riders got off just to ride with another bus driver. The "yacht cruise" was nice but a bit misleading. We thought we would be on a traditional yacht, not a tour boat.

Terrible experience. Operator showed up 40 minutes late AFTER I CALLED. Customer Service Ingred Patel gave me so many excuses Tiqet didn't send me info over, they didn't have my number yatta Yat....
Terrible experience. Operator showed up 40 minutes late AFTER I CALLED. Customer Service Ingred Patel gave me so many excuses Tiqet didn't send me info over, they didn't have my number yatta Yat. Then when the guide arrived and I asked about food n the boat he called they said it was really listed incorrectly in pique send $35/more. Mind you I had already paid $59/pp to walk down 4 streets and back up! Just explore on your own the tour isn't worth it. I asked to cancel they said I could but I am yet to receive my refund we shall see.
