Weekend Curfew in Portuguese Municipalities

Following the latest safety regulations, Portugal has imposed a curfew from 13:00-05:00 on weekends and bank holidays until 20 December 2020. Therefore all venues have to close at 13:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Worth it, especially if you are on a short stay we benefited from museum entrances and had free transportation around Lisbon.

Good

Touristic card that gives free access to major museums, monuments and public transport. The free access doesn’t apply to ferries to Almada. It also provides with discounts to several attractions. Be sure to check with the museums you wish to visit if the discounts are still valid. We visited the Museu da Marioneta which was supposed to have a 20% discount but at the cashier we were told that the discount no longer applies. All in all a very good experience.
