The Jerónimos Monastery is a National Monument and was classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. Step onto these significant grounds for a snoop around inside, where you can explore the whole place and ponder its homage to Portuguese identity and culture. Don't forget to look up at the frescoed vaulted ceilings!

Take a seat in the 16th-century cloister and peer inside the former monks’ refectory. Not only is this a thrilling trip through Lisbon's history, the views over the Tagus River from the grounds are exceptional.

  • There is not need to go to the Museum of Archeology in the building adjacent to Jerónimos to get the tickets, with your e-ticket, you can go directly to the entrance of the Monastery
  • Even with a reserved timeslot, please prepare for long wait times outside the venue, especially in high season
  • Bring water, sunscreen, a hat or rain gear depending on current weather conditions as wait times outside the venue may exceed 1 hour
  • Please note that there are very few places to sit and rest outside of the venue

Terrible
Não consegui entrar no Mosteiro. O pessoal estava em greve e fecharam mais cedo. Gostaria de ser contatada pela Tiqets para poder ser reembolsada do valor pago. Muito obrigada!

Molto interessante ed emozionante. Due ore quasi di fila ma ne valeva la pena. Suggerisco di migliorare l'accesso per rendere meno faticoso l'accesso al bellissimo monastero

Sitio precioso, increíble arquitectura. Cola interminable a pleno sol, que hay que volver a hacer para entrar en la iglesia. Algo caro para la organización tan regular que tiene.
