The exhibition is on Via della Conciliazione 19, between Saint Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo. Bus lines 23, 40, and 46 will take you there (get off at Traspontina-Conciliazione).

Catacombs of Saint Callixtus: Entry Ticket

Getting there: From Termini Station:
Metro A (direction Anagnina) to San Giovanni then bus 218 (direction Ardeatina). Get off at stop Fosse Ardeatine. You will find the entrance to the Catacombs in front of you
Metro B (direction Laurentina) to Colosseo or Circo Massimo (bus stop: Terme Caracalla/Porta Capena), then bus 118 (direction Appia/Villa Dei Quintili). Get off at stop Catacombe di San Callisto (Via Appia, 110)

It was really interesting and the guide at the Catacombs was amazing. He shared lots of info and he was really enthousiasted! You could tell he loved his job and the whole place. We loved it!

The Catacombs are a fascinating piece of history and really should be seen by everyone. Why they were built, who is buried there, how many people are buried there, the fact that so much of it was lost until the 1800's and the archaeologist who found it.. such a great tour and we're so glad we went!
