I visited the Musée de la Monnaie de Paris with my son (10yo) who has just got into coin collecting. Enjoyed our trip to the museum, particularly the room on different metals and that on other forms of currency. We were a little disapointed that some of the interactive exhibits weren't working.

Excellent
I was surprised in a good way. You get the chance to mint a coin by yourself which you will keep it. You will immerse a little bit in the money / coins history.

Experience at the Monnais de Paris was spontaneous and had a good time while visiting. Stayed over 2 hours and all was well explained.
