Tips for visiting Aquaria KLCC

Your Aquaria KLCC tickets will grant you an audience with some of the most extraordinary wildlife on the planet. Home to over 250 different species of aquatic creatures, birds, and land animals from Malaysia and around the world, visiting Aquaria KLCC is like being in your very own nature documentary!

See sharks, otters, octopuses, jellyfish, and vibrant fish of every color. All the animals are housed and displayed in spacious aquarium tanks and habitats that closely resemble their natural environments.

Aquaria KLCC is open daily (Monday – Sunday) including public holidays from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm with last admission at 6:00 pm.

To ensure the maximum safety and comfort of all visitors, all Aquaria KLCC tickets come with an allotted time slot.

How long to spend at Aquaria KLCC will, of course, vary from person to person depending on your pace and how long you spend at each attraction. The typical visit can take around 1 hour and 45 minutes if you move at a steady rate; however, there are enough things to see and do (and amazing animals to admire) that a visit can easily take up a whole afternoon!

Aquaria KLCC does not have any on-site restaurants or cafes. For hygiene reasons, it's also not permitted to bring your own food or beverages onto the premises. So it's good to plan your mealtime around your visit! You'll find a variety of food and beverage options available before you enter or as you exit the aquarium.

Every Aquaria KLCC ticket is valid for a single entry only. This means that once you exit the aquarium, you would have to purchase a new ticket to regain entry.

Allegedly one of the most famous aquariums in SE Asia and yet we found some tanks to be too small for the size and amount of fish, which is quite sad. A few fish seemed to be distressed. Other than that, the tunnel is pretty cool and you can see manta rays and sharks swimming above you. Furthermore the aquarium tries with some exhibits to educate people to the impact of human activities on marine life, which is good although it could be done better, and yet the souvenir shop is full of junk and plastic. It was easy to book with Tiqets got the tickets immediately and the staff scanned them from my phone directly. It was also cheaper to buy them on Tiqets.
