Take a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. This tour includes entry tickets, skip-the-line access, a licensed guide, and transport from Krakow. You can also opt for lunch!

Start at the Auschwitz Museum, with a 3.5-hour tour split between Auschwitz I and Birkenau. See barracks, artifacts, gas chambers, and crematories, before moving to Birkenau where your guide will continue the tour.

Next, head to the Wieliczka Salt Mine for a 3-hour underground adventure descending 700 steps into the tunnels.

Once you are picked up from your hotel, your tour guide will greet you and give you the necessary museum entry ticket.

  • Please note that the max size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30x20x10 cm (approx 12x8x4 inches). You can always leave your belongings inside the vehicle, or in the luggage store in Auschwitz
  • During the course of the tour, you will get a 30min to 90min breaks to have snacks. It is advised that you carry your own food and water as the duration of the brakes may be different due to the traffic conditions, queues, and unexpected situations
  • You must be prepared to walk through the memorial complex and the 3km stretch of the salt mines along with the 700 steps down to the level of the mines. It is advised that you consider this tour if you have a moderate fitness level
