It was stunning. The price is a bit high but it is worth it! We had a great time: from the heat of the afternoon in the shade of kolymbethra garden to the amazing sunset behind the Concordia...

Kolymbethra Garden was a favorite amongst writers, artists, and poets of ancient times and is still sometimes likened to the Garden of Eden. The garden is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located in the Valley of the Temples archaeological region of Agrigento, Italy.

This ancient garden showcases stunning examples of Greek art and Doric architecture, and visitors can see many different plants native to Sicily.

At 1,300 hectares, the Archaeological and Landscape Park of the Valley of the Temples, in Agrigento, Sicily, is the largest archaeological site in the world. The site contains many examples of Greater Greek art and architecture and is a national monument of Italy. The area was included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list in 1997.
