About: Kamphuisen Siroopwafle Factory

In 1995, Gouda pastry chef Jan Anker acquired the patent for the revered Kamphuisen Siroopwafle recipe and the Verweij oven, safeguarding the secret in the bakery's vault, where it still sits today.

Driven by a heartfelt passion, Anker perfected the siroopwafle machine throughout the years and in 2018, opened the Kamphuisen Siroopwafle Factory along with his sons, an invitation to savor their crafted journey.

The factory offers an array of different tickets: the standard entry ticket and tasting, a family ticket, and more!
