Waste of time and money. Had to go a place, wait, get tickets, wait more, get different tickets. No tour at all and we still had to wait in line. Hagia Sofia is magnificent but I would just get tickets there.

Very run down Moschee over priced and Tiquet too expensive. Tickets were not ready when going to operator. Better to go to Blue Moschee is no charge better experience and will not use Tiquet aga

I booked this affair based on the high ratings I had seen on several websites. I actually arrived an hour early so that I could look around the area and see some of the area on my own. In the directions posted on the website and the directions issued by the company itself it states : “ Your guide will meet you at the Dsign Cafe in front of the Turkish and Islamic Art Museum located on the Hippodrome, right next to Egyptian Obelisk. • The representative will be wearing a red shirt or jacket. He/she will escort you to the venue and give you a short introduction”
I was in front of the coffee shop for over 30 minutes and no one was wearing anything in red was at the site. After my 10:00 reservation had passed without seeing anyone dressed in RED, I called their emergency contact # and was finally hooked up to the tour guide. They said that the tour guide had been holding up a small red flag - far different from someone wearing red. I missed 1/2 of outside tour based on bad facts issued from the service itself. The guide was nice for the 1/2 of the tour I was able to catch up on, but this is not what I paid for. FIX YOUR WEBSITE. It still states dressed in red! The guide was actually surprised that the site said that. I am not sure this company actually sponsors the audio part, but if they do, it never seemed to catch up and had many glitches and stoppages along the way. I downloaded the app in advance as suggested because of the pore connections inside of the mosque. The Mosque itself was stunning, beautiful and absolutely a great adventure, but my tour was less than expected.
