Visit the light and sound installation at Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern this holiday season.

This installation transforms the old underground water reservoir with moving lights and sounds.

See the cistern's columns and their reflections in the water below. An original soundscape accompanies the lights, creating a unique underground scene.
  • Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before performance time and check in at the Visitor Center
  • Doors will close promptly at the performance time
  • There is limited free parking adjacent to the Cistern and Sabine Street, and additional parking is available in City Lot H, located at 1643 Memorial Dr, just to the east of Fonde Recreation Center
  • Many parking options are available around Buffalo Bayou Park
