Waste of money, stop number 2 on red route completely missing so walked bus route to number 3 ( 25 minutes) no bus passed us & still had to wait 25 minutes. Quite rude girl on bus dealing with...

Excellent
Booking on line was very easy. As was having the receipt scanned to receive our ticket. The Hop-on Hop-off bus is a great way to see Palermo.
