Not to be missed. The archaeological site is very interesting and well presented, while the museum collection illustrated the lives and advanced skills of the Minoans.

Good
The museum was excellent. Knossos was interesting but very busy. I preferred the Phaestos site which was less touristy and not dominated by rebuilding of dubious provenance.
