Excellent
Best tip is to buy your ticket in advance and avoid the queues. Once you’re in there is plenty of space to move about. No restrictions on photography unlike other museums. Excellent value for money

Really great museum. Not the cheapest but there are tonnes of artefacts laid out in a very sensible way with descriptions that strike the right balance between informative and imaginative.

Time travelling at a beautiful location. The history of Minoan culture on display in an accessible fashion to all : experts and non-historians (like me 😉).
