  • Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point, at the Landungsbrücken underground station, in front of the entrance/exit, at the beginning of the pedestrian bridge
  • The guide will be standing on the railing and will either carry a blue shoulder bag with "Schönes Hamburg" on it or hold a "Schönes Hamburg" sign
  • Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your timeslot
  • The tour ends at the Rathausmarkt, in the city center
