My actual seats granted once redeemed at the theater was lower value and lower tier seats than what I paid for via Tiqets. I was very disappointed and contacted the customer support shortly after with evidence of actual tickets redeemed but still not have heard back.

The Gershwin Theatre is a Manhattan staple and has hosted many popular productions since it opened its doors in 1972. The theatre is named after brothers, George Gershwin, a composer, and Ira Gershwin, a lyricist. It is now home to the hit musical, Wicked.
