Terrible
Terrible. Bus started 25 minutafter set TIMELINESS. Tour guide was awful she was chaotic unorganized. Gave out printed papers "our tickets " with no details. Several people said our tickets were...
Terrible. Bus started 25 minutafter set TIMELINESS. Tour guide was awful she was chaotic unorganized. Gave out printed papers "our tickets " with no details. Several people said our tickets were incomplete we were missing tickets. She said we were all fine. Once at Fountaineblue 6 of our group couldn't gain access because we had NO PRINTED TICKETS. THEY WERE MISSING as we told the Tour guide at the start of the bus entry. After 10 minutes asking for help a woman working felt sorry for us and purchased 6 tickets. WHAT A STRESSFUL MESS. Also the bus was dirty old and tired with no toilet inside

Excellent
Excellent. The guide was very nice and the trip very well-organized. We had more than enough time to visit both castles and have lunch. A great visit!
