Pizza making

Join professional pizzaiolos and make your very own pizza. You’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, slice it.

It just might be the best pizza you've ever tasted, and you made it yourself!

While the dough rests take a break to savor a selection of premium Diadema wines and olive oil before learning how to make gelato.

Gelato making:

You'll also make your own gelato and the cone for it.

Hear all about the history of Italian ice-cream, discover the raw ingredients, and learn where the best gelato is made from your entertaining chef.

While the gelato churns its way to perfection your chef will show you how to make the batter for your cone from raw ingredients.

You'll also get a booklet with recipes, so you can cook for your friends once you get home.

This cooking class was my family’s most favorite part of our trip to Florence! John and Felippo were excellent and very entertaining teachers. My very first attempt at making pizza was perfetta!
