Walk down the Viottolone, a path lined with cypress trees, leading to the Isolotto pond and its "Ocean" Fountain, also by Giambologna.

See the "Giardino del Cavaliere," Michelangelo’s work, the Kaffeehaus, and the Buontalenti Grotto.

In the afternoon, take a guided walk from Piazza della Repubblica to Piazza del Duomo. Visit Palazzo Vecchio, see Michelangelo’s David, and visit the Uffizi Gallery.

End at Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, learning about Florence’s landmarks along the way.
