Excellent
A must-see Florence experience. Not as long a visit as for the Ufizzi but there is so much more to the Accademia than David (which along is worth the admission).

The experience was ok. The good part was securing the tickets. The less good was the price (yes, a premium was expected but it was a little steep) and some confusion at the venue with tickets/vouchers.

Terrible
We were given directions of where to meet our host to get the tickets. The host never arrived - no help from the company to find them. This was chaos, book with another provider as this company...
