Dome fantastic as was the cathedral, some problem finding the agent and accessing the information on my phone. Whole system seems over complicated!

Good
It was Ok. I bought Florence Pass. It was not clear to me that it was independent and not associated with the Duomo itself. So it was hard to identify where to go and who to see.
