Great experience. It was nice to see beautiful and brilliant paintings by some of world's famous artists.
I didn't face any issues in booking and received the tickets fast.

The service is actually not part of the Uffizi gallery. The audio app will not work, if you don’t have WiFi or cell signal. I ended up renting audio set inside the gallery.
