Despite being at gate 3, as instructed, more than 25 mins in advance the guide was in a different location. As a result the tour started without us and we were unable to locate the group within...
Despite being at gate 3, as instructed, more than 25 mins in advance the guide was in a different location. As a result the tour started without us and we were unable to locate the group within the gallery. This took from the whole experience, especially since the tour was purchased as a surprise for my wife. The experience was very disappointing...
