Towers site is easy to use and delivered. Directions to meeting point was accurate, organizers were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 1:15 (as requested) but did not get into the Accademie until 1:50 or so. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable but it was hard to pick up her comments due to the noise.

Good
It was good. We were asked to come 15 minutes before and the tour was started late. Could hear well. Tour was informative and enjoyed. Would recommend the tour!
