The agency in Florence was very welcoming and helped me out when I had trouble finding the meeting point. Customer service was also very helpful. The fact that you cannot contact the local agency...

The fact that you cannot contact the local agency and the guide directly added unnecessary complications, however. Guided tour was good and not overly long.
