  • Present your redemption voucher at the Kitmytrip shop, located in the arrivals area at Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 1 & 3 to redeem your booking.
  • Keep your Passport & Visa (if required) ready with you for SIM Card redemption.
  • Passport Holder must be present during the time of redemption.
  • It is possible to have additional rental days for $3 per day at the shop (except for the Unlimited option).
  • Pick-up point access information provided on the confirmation email
  • Cancellation is possible until 48 hours before your visit date.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 48 hours before your visit date.
