My ticket contained the information that the group gathers near the clock tower, although the meeting point was in front of the gates, before security check. The excursion (good) lasted 30...
My ticket contained the information that the group gathers near the clock tower, although the meeting point was in front of the gates, before security check. The excursion (good) lasted 30 minutes, standing exactly on one point in front of the palace. Palace provided free audio guides.

Worst ever. We were told to meet someone in red coat and umbrella near the locations clock tower at 10 am. Easy to do. However no one showed up. So I was stuck buying tickets at gate. In all...
Worst ever. We were told to meet someone in red coat and umbrella near the locations clock tower at 10 am. Easy to do. However no one showed up. So I was stuck buying tickets at gate. In all my travels this is a new one on me. I’m not sure they are legitimate tour guide.

Terrible
For 300 pounds for 2 people it was very expensive. Doesn't include entry for more than half of the 100+ locations. When I asked for a refund they said they knew this and it was a recent update by...
