We upgraded our menu to Excellence, the meal was fantastic - no complaints. We had a nice view next to a window too. The service was very good. Only issues we experienced, keeping this from a 5...

We upgraded our menu to Excellence, the meal was fantastic - no complaints. We had a nice view next to a window too. The service was very good. Only issues we experienced, keeping this from a 5 star experience: the rear plexiglass window, close to our table, had been broken and repaired so the view was impaired. And the violin and piano music was too loud for conversations at all the tables. We do recommend this dinner cruise experience!
