Unlike the much more developed Gili Islands, Nusa Penida is still rugged, tranquil, and largely inaccessible thanks to its mighty cliffs and rocky paths. It's also steeped in myths and legends.

This trip takes the hassle out of getting there with a round-trip transfer with pick-up from most areas of Bali. Speed over to the south coast of Nusa Penida and spot the tropical fish around Manta Bay. If you don't feel like snorkeling, just laze on the beach and soak up views of forested hills and shimmering blue waters.

Then, it's time for refreshments at Crystal Bay before joining your private tour guide up to the incredible 300-foot cliffs of Kelinking Beach. There are steep steps down to the beach (we mean very steep), but the views from up top are amazing.

After that, take in more majestic views on a walk between the natural infinity pools of Angel Billabong and the unique limestone formations surrounding Broken Beach. By then, you'll be hungry for your buffet lunch on the boat. Enjoy a hearty meal while floating over the Ceningan Channel.

Your last stop is Bali Hai's own Beach Club in Mushroom Bay. How about a beer with your new island-explorer buddies before heading home?
