Als je een 48 uurs ticket koopt kijk de volgende dag dan bij je geschiedenis daar staat je ticket die je dan de 2e dag ook kan gebruiken! Staat helaas nergens vermeld op de app. Ik kwam erachter...
Als je een 48 uurs ticket koopt kijk de volgende dag dan bij je geschiedenis daar staat je ticket die je dan de 2e dag ook kan gebruiken! Staat helaas nergens vermeld op de app. Ik kwam erachter toen ik via chat , tijdens mijn vakantie , en nadat ik al een nieuw ticket had gekocht voor 1 dag. Helaas kan je geen mail sturen naar de klantenservice . Nergens een email adres of contact gegevens te vinden. Kreeg mail adres via chat maar ook dat werkte niet.
