  • See the pier from which the tenders and the ill-fated passengers of the RMS Titanic departed, and gaze at the Titanic Monument while learning about maritime history
  • Tour the Titanic Experience for eye-witness accounts, cabin reconstructions, and audiovisual info about the tragic ship

Your heart (and feet) will go on, and on during this walking tour of Cobh, the Titanic's last port of call and home to Cobh's Titanic Experience.

The brainchild of historian Dr. Michael Martin, the Titanic Trail walking tour brings the history of Cobh and the tragic ship to visitors each day at 11 am or 2 pm. Soak up eyewitness accounts and vivid narratives, all designed to bring the stories of the ship and its passengers back to life. Haunting, but fascinating stuff.

The guide is an experienced local historian who has written books on the Titanic and Lusitania and appeared on TV shows. He has a deep knowledge of the topic and was able to dispel a number of myths.
