I bought refundable tickets but it was in the fine print that I needed to cancel the day before not the day of. I agreed and I am in the hook for that. But I also will tell people not to use your service.

Wow,...what a great place to take your family. Fun for all ages,....here is the real secret for a great day. Bring your knee pads and have the best of times without the ouches.

Excellent
It was great, after they refused to refund my ticket because of a work emergency several hours in advance, I had to give them away so they didn't go waste. Those people had fun, or so I heard.
