Enjoy some quality time with your dog while cruising along Chicago's waterways. Relax and enjoy the skyline, while listening to a lively narrator tell you all about the city's fascinating history and architectural marvels.

Don't worry, your dog doesn't have to understand the narration. They'll be fine with their ears flapping happily in the breeze, plenty of fresh water bowls, a special newspaper-lined restroom, and an adventure with their favorite human.

  • Present your smartphone ticket at the dock
  • There is a bag check in place prior to boarding
  • Departure is at the southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge. Look out for the blue awning at the top of the stairway and make your way to the box office which is at the riverwalk level
  • The cruise departs at 10:00. Make sure to check in 15-30 minutes before, as check-in starts no later than 15 minutes before departure!
  • No food is sold on board, so you are welcome to bring snacks with you to enjoy during the cruise
  • Water bowls and a special newspaper-lined restroom are available on board
  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

The canine cruise was perfect! A full architectural tour but you can bring your dog. I was worried because we went out to Lake Michigan and didn’t get back to the Chicago river until 7min before...
The canine cruise was perfect! A full architectural tour but you can bring your dog. I was worried because we went out to Lake Michigan and didn’t get back to the Chicago river until 7min before the tour was suppose to be over. But they continued on the tour on the River even tho we went over the 90min time limit. I was truly impressed by that because I really was going to be disappointed having missed out on the Chicago river portion of the tour.
