Jardins merveilleux et paisible ! Aux senteurs fabuleuses. Petit Château très mignon ☺️ 1 pièce est réservé aux explications des travaux de rénovation, très intéressant. Nous avons tout adoré !

The castle was very nice, the only small issue was that the person from ticketing was not convinced if the tickets that we had were real or fake. She took images of our ticket and reservation and...
The castle was very nice, the only small issue was that the person from ticketing was not convinced if the tickets that we had were real or fake. She took images of our ticket and reservation and after she studied both of them she let us going thru.

Château Gaillard est le palais Renaissance rêvé et construit par Charles VIII à son retour d’Italie. C’est la demeure privée des 3 rois de la Renaissance, Charles VIII, Louis XII et François Ier. Le château est meublé et décoré au goût de la Renaissance. La visite est sonorisée. C’est aussi le lieu des premiers orangers en France, avec une collection à découvrir de plus de 70 variétés différentes, la première orangerie de France et 200 arbres sur le domaine.
