Flawlessly experience, from purchasing the tickets to the last step of the coach after we finish the tour everything went smoothly

Terrible
Waited 45 minutes at one stop, a bus never showed. Walked to the stop before, waited another 30 minutes, again a no show. Gave up in the end.
